Research question: Given a person's profile, where do they actually stand against the real, published points formulas of major skilled-migration programs?
Skilled migration eligibility criteria are scattered across government sites, each with its own points system. This project runs a profile through Canada's Express Entry and Australia's General Skilled Migration points test — the real, currently-published formulas.
Immigration points systems are official published formulas, not something to approximate with ML. This implements the real point values directly.
Australia's implementation matches the source's own stated worked example exactly (85 points). Canada's was independently hand-calculated against the official grid and matched exactly.
